Join us at the ITS European Congress in the Dutch Brainport region of Eindhoven-Helmond to learn more about C-ITS deployment and the C-MobILE project, with live demonstrations, technical sessions, interactive talks and more.
The ITS European Congress provides the ideal opportunity for all stakeholders to come together, discuss and make the necessary contacts to move initiatives forward and to develop their activities by exhibiting and demonstrating state-of-the-art ITS solutions. The Congresses also showcase the latest ITS achievements from the city and region hosting the Congress, and can helps increase awareness of ITS overall.
The C-MobILE project will be present at Stand 2.1, Ring 2 in the Evoluon Center Eindhoven from Monday 3rd Thursday 6th June. Visit us on the exhibition floor for information, resources, contacts and more (download the floorplan here).
The C-MobILE team will make two main screen presentations at the stand:

Experience a demonstration of C-MobILE innovative C-ITS applications at the Automotive Campus Helmond
The C-MobILE closed-track demonstration will showcase large-scale deployment as well as interoperability between services deployed in the eight participating European cities and regions, including Congress host cities of Eindhoven and Helmond. Four demonstration scenarios involving cars, trucks, emergency vehicles and cyclists in various configurations will illustrate how the C-MobILE applications can make traffic safer and more efficient for a wide range of road users and for pedestrians. ‘We focus on service interoperability and service continuation‘ says Frank Kupper from TNO, the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research, who supports the demonstration. ‘Services from, for example, Barcelona or Thessaloniki also work in Helmond.’
Participants can book a slot for the 30-minute demonstration through the ITS European Congress app at the following times:
- Sunday June 2nd, 13:30 – 14:00 and 16:00 – 16:30 – Public day
- Wednesday June 5th, 13:30 – 14:00
- Thursday June 6th, 10:30 – 11:00 and 13:30 – 14:00
The demonstration takes place at the Automotive Campus in Helmond. A free shuttle service will connect the Congress exhibition space in Eindhoven with the Automotive Campus (transfer duration: approximately 20 minutes).
